The Prints

Are these real, physical prints?+

Yes — always. Every KOHVA order is a genuine, physical art print produced on heavyweight matte fine-art paper. We don't sell digital files or downloads. What you order is what arrives on your wall.

What paper do you use?+

We print on 200gsm heavyweight matte fine-art paper using archival pigment inks. This combination gives deep color rendition, a beautiful matte finish with no glare, and prints that are designed to last generations without fading.

Will the colors look the same as on screen?+

Screens vary — but our prints are consistently richer and warmer in person than on screen. We've had countless customers tell us the real thing exceeded their expectations. The archival inks on matte paper produce a depth that screens can't quite replicate.

What sizes are available?+

We offer five sizes: 8×10, 11×14, 16×20, 18×24, and 24×36 inches. All are standard dimensions, so finding the right frame at any home goods store is simple.

Shipping & Delivery

How do you ship the prints?+

Every print is carefully rolled and shipped in a rigid protective tube so it arrives flat and undamaged. We've designed our packaging specifically to protect against the kinds of damage that plague poorly-packed prints.

How long does production and shipping take?+

Most prints are produced within 3–5 business days. Shipping typically adds 3–7 business days for domestic orders. We'll send you a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Is shipping free?+

Free standard shipping on all orders over $100. Orders under $100 ship for a flat rate of $6.

Do you ship internationally?+

Yes, we ship worldwide. International orders may take additional time in transit and may be subject to local customs duties — these are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Support

Do you offer returns?+

Because every print is produced to order, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged, imperfect, or incorrect in any way, we'll replace it immediately — just send us a photo and we'll sort it.

What if my print arrives damaged?+

It's rare, but if it happens: contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage, and we'll produce and ship a replacement at no cost to you. We stand behind every print we ship.
